............ read a good book in the afternoon on a hot, summer day! By the way, if you like suspense tinged with a tiny bit of horror and other weird stuff, take some time and read the Hodge trilogy by Stephen King. He is still one of the best horror/suspense writers ever - well, at least in my opinion! My suggestion is - don't read them out of order - start with Mr. Mercedes, next Finders Keepers and finishing up with End of Watch. You'll wish there was more - but there isn't. Squeegie and Taffy are.........
......... still trying to keep cool, and.........
........... Poppa has been busy........
............. taking the doors off my kitchen cupboards! And......
........ even real, wild bears are striving to keep cool in the hot, hot days we've been experiencing lately! (See the expression on Mama bear's face - I think she is saying to herself - "it's a good job he's so cute!)
