When?

When will there be a new post?  I know you've been thinking that each day when you faithfully check and find nothing new!  I've been so busy lately - to be honest I just haven't felt like taking those extra few minutes to post.  Here are a few snippets.... a preview, so to speak.

I've been crazy busy at work, and working a full week.  The company has added an extra division at our location - and the paperwork is all being processed through the office where I work - so we are all super-busy there.  For the last while, often when I got off work....... I would go over with Poppa, to help Auntie Cecile and Uncle Mark at Gramma Grace's house.  We have been endeavouring to clear out the contents............

... at her house.  It is not always the most pleasant task - as you might imagine - but it is also a fact that she will not be able to return there to live, and it is not beneficial to her or the house and contents to be sitting there with no one in and out.

On a cheerier note, next weekend we are attending a family reunion (Poppa's side of the family), and will be stopping along the way to pick up Aunt Grumpy.... so ......

....... we will see more of her new condo!  This is her on her private balcony - which looks really nice!  Auntie Denise took the pictures you have seen - but since the furniture was not arranged, and some boxes were still piled around - Aunt Grumpy only let her take pictures of the top half of the rooms.  I promise I'll get some good pictures to share with you while I am there.

Finally..........

......... there seems to be a new bear in town!

Here we go.........

...........last week we headed north from home and .............

.... we stopped here.  Where is that and who lives there?  Well..... we found.....

....... Gramma and little Curtie sitting on a dock.... while.......

.... Munchie and cousin Reese were playing with sand and buckets on the shore of a lovely lake and....

... Auntie Melissa and Uncle Russ (Reese's parents - Auntie Melissa is Daddy's sister) relaxing on the dock while they kept an eye on the boys, while.....

.... Uncle Craig took the three boys for a canoe ride........ that is Munchie up on the front - then Reese, Curtie and Uncle Craig under the watchful eyes of Mommy (with the can and her Blackberry) and Daddy (on the right of the photo).   Cousin Taylor was there too, but she seemed to be somewhat camera-shy and I didn't get a good picture.  And, I can't believe the only picture I got of Daddy was..........

........ this one - he is at the left side of the picture - fishing off the dock.  Munchie's family was spending the week at a cottage in Muskoka - the whole extended family as you can see.  It was really lovely there and we had a great time.  Mommy climbed the steps..........

.... from the lake - way, way up to.........

..... the "cottage".  The front was quite plain, but the back was awesome!  We went inside...........

........... stopped for a moment for a drink, then proceeded...........

........ up to the very top, where the three little boys slept in their very on private loft (which was a little messy - like little boys are!).  On the second level was............

... a wonderful lounge/TV room with a spectacular view of the lake, as well as a couple of bedrooms where Gramma, Taylor and Mommy & Daddy slept.  This level looked down to the main floor.....

... where there was a sitting area with a large fireplace adjacent to the kitchen.  There was also another bedroom for Auntie Melissa and Uncle Russ.  After a yummy BBQ, some play-time for Poppa and the three little boys, and a nice visit with the family............we headed south again, back to............

... Poppa's Park, which was just as pretty, but lacking for a lakeshore!
