A Couple of Pics I Missed

... a picture of Munchie that  I had missed in my previous posts....

... Poppa was out watering the flowers and I was busy and Munchie was busy too!

Here is the result of his work!  He still loves art and this is Squeegie and Blackie throwing money around!

End of August....

At the end of August we did something really exciting.  It will take a few posts to let you know all about it... so here is a teaser to see if you can guess what we did...

Knitting....

A quick look at my knitting area....

..... this is a selection of yarns which I will possibly use to make Jeannie's blanket.....

...... I pick out those chosen for the particular part I am working on and put them on the chair next to my knitting chair - so I can reach them...

.... then I continue knitting - this is one section of the blanket, while....

.... being supervised by Tux and Mikey who sit on the chair nearby.

More Munchie....

Munchie kept us VERY busy while he was here - he wanted to do everything Curtis did and more!

Here he is at Horseshoe Resort - we took a break for a couple of minutes in the Visitor Lounge.

Then he was off to the Ninja Warrior Challenge...

... He dashed through the maze and declared it must be meant for younger children - it was too easy...

.... he climbed up this wall and made it look easy...

... and then he came down the mountainside on the giant waterslide.  We bought him a 3x pass, he really liked this one!

Next he decided he wanted to try kayaking - he did a really good job and seemed to find it fun.

Doesn't he look like a pro??

Then to finish off the day.... the boys went to the miniature golf course for a round before we headed home.

The next day, while Poppa worked on pulling weeds out of the stones around the garden apartments.....

... Munchie chilled out in the house with me, and....

... the bears had a chat about some bear stuff!
