A Visit with Munchie

Today the installation crew is scheduled to come and put in a new furnace for us. Poppa is excited about this event. I am going to work, so I will miss some of the action. But, since we are not going to see Munchie today, I thought I would share some of the things we do while we are there. Munchie was quite happy to see Poppa since he was having trouble with his little Jeep - there was a miss in the motor. Here is Munchie explaining to Poppa exactly what the problem is.

It didn't take too long and they were both satisfied that the Jeep was working perfectly again.

So Mummum got ready and we decided to go for a stroll, get some groceries and see what was happening in the park.

Here is Munchie installed in the stroller heading down the hall to the elevator. Poppa is at the controls and Mummum is bringing up the rear.

The first order of business at the Mall was to get coffee for Poppa and Mummum, and give Munchie a snack.

Then a stop at the grocery store.

Then, back towards home.

Stop in the park for a swing. You will notice that one shoe has been taken off. Fortunately Mummum caught it and put it in the stroller with the groceries.

Check the mail.

Back to the apartment.

A quick bottom change - I took this when that mission was complete.

Some warm milk and a cuddle.

A nap at the end of a long, busy day with Nanna & Poppa.
Since I started this post, I have been to work for half a day, and now I am home again. The new furnace is in place and the hook-up is happening as I type. It is quite warm outside, and the guys are even hotter from running up and down the stairs. Poppa is outside with the guy working on the air conditioner - the other fellow is just around the corner working on the furnace. Hopefully they will get done soon, so they can take a break and cool down some.

  1. Oops, it was this post when you were about at storm time.

What fun to see a pictoral of the visit. And the video is just too cute.

    Thanks for the viewing.

  2. This is so true of my everyday life! What a riot to see it from Nanna's point of view with pics and editorial.
